Kyle Jacobs Last Celebration
The day before his death, Jacobs took to Instagram to celebrate the release of Lee Brice’s fifth studio album, Hey World. “Platinum?! SWEEEET!!! An amazing crew of incredibly talented peeps put this one together” he wrote alongside his post.
Kyle Jacobs collaborated with Brice to produce the “Hey World” album in 2020. This post marked the celebration of the album’s RIAA platinum certification, which was received on Thursday.
The Nashville Police Department has officially stated that the Department of Emergency Communications received a notification at 1:21 p.m. local time on Friday regarding a residence. This information was shared with PEOPLE.
According to their statement, the police and Nashville Fire Department responded to the scene and discovered the songwriter had passed away due to an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound at the age of 49. Everything is currently being investigated, and any new information will be released as soon as possible.
In November 2021, Curb Records declared that Hey World had achieved gold status and that its hit track “One of Them Girls” had earned a double platinum certification, with “Memory I Don’t Mess With” achieving gold certification. Furthermore, “Hard to Love,” a single from Brice’s second album, had already reached a 4X platinum status.
Personal Life & Wife, Kellie Pickler:
During his professional journey, Jacobs was the recipient of a CMA Award, an ACM Award, and received a Grammy Award nomination. In 2011, he and Pickler got married in a private ceremony, but they did not have any kids they had a dog together though.
According to a statement, Kellie Pickler, the wife of Mr. Jacobs, stated that she woke up and couldn’t find her husband. She searched for him with her personal assistant, but they were unable to open the door to the upstairs bedroom/office. As a result, they called 911.
After being in a relationship for a year and a half, Pickler and Jacobs announced their intention to marry in 2010. On New Year’s Day the following year, the pair married suddenly. Pickler competed in the fifth season of “American Idol” in 2010, finishing sixth.
