Following the launch of his viral underwear ad, Michael B. Jordan apologizes to mom. The 36-year-old actor appears in Calvin Klein‘s Spring/Summer 2023 campaign, wearing nothing but the brand’s trademark underwear.

ET‘s Nischelle Turner interviewed the actor-director at the premiere of his new film, Creed III. During the interview, he revealed that he apologized to his mom before the attention-grabbing photos were posted on the internet.
Jordan shared that when he saw what was happening, he thought that he had to inform his mother about it. He said, “I was like, my mama gon’ have to see this. Let me call her and be like, ‘I’m sorry. It’s out here,” He stated, “My business all out in the streets — literally.”

The photographs, captured by the renowned photographers Mert & Marcus, showcase Jordan’s fit physique in striking black-and-white tones. This collaboration marks the first time Jordan has partnered with the brand.
The pictures arrived at an ideal time, as Jordan referred to both the film and advertisement as a significant occurrence. “This was like, a moment, you know? Just to have everything come together at one time, it feels great,” he said. “And to be able to share that moment with my other actors, who are having a moment of their own as well, it just feels special. It feels like everything is happening at the right time,” he added.
