2023 iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour
Olivia Rodrigo, Nicki Minaj, SZA, Usher, and Niall Horan are set to feature prominently in this year’s edition of the annual iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour, Presented by Capital One. The tour will also include performances by other notable artists like OneRepublic, AJR, Sabrina Carpenter, Miguel, Jelly Roll, Big Time Rush, NCT DREAM, and Flo Rida at various tour stops.
The tour will make its way to cities including Tampa, Fla; Dallas/Fort Worth; Los Angeles; Chicago; Detroit; New York; Boston; Washington, D.C.; Philadelphia; Atlanta; and Miami/Fort Lauderdale.

iHeartMedia and ABC have announced a new multi-year agreement, designating ABC as the exclusive television broadcast partner for the annual iHeartRadio Jingle Ball event. A network special is scheduled to air on December 21st from 8-10 p.m. ET/PT, featuring highlights from all iHeartRadio Jingle Ball tour stops. The special will be available on demand and on Hulu the following day.
John Sykes, president of entertainment enterprises for iHeartMedia, stated, “The biggest holiday music event in America is coming to ABC for the first time. Viewers will have a front-row seat to experience this multi-city tour as it rolls across the country.”
Capital One will continue its partnership with the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour for the ninth consecutive year, serving as the national presenting partner. Eligible Capital One cardholders will enjoy early access to coveted tickets and exclusive experiences through a special presale in each city. Additionally, they can redeem rewards for specially curated ticket packages through Capital One Entertainment.
The iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Capital One cardholder presale kicks off on Tuesday, October 3, at 10 a.m. local time and continues until Thursday, October 5, at 10 a.m. local time, or while presale tickets are available. To access presale information and tickets, visit iHeartRadio.com/CapitalOne.
For the general public, all remaining tickets will be available starting Friday, October 6, at noon local time and can be purchased at iHeartRadio.com/JingleBall.
Capital One cardholders have the option to enhance their experience by adding a Capital One Access Pass to their presale ticket purchase (subject to availability). This pass grants exclusive access to a pre-show event at select tour stops in Dallas/Fort Worth, Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, and Washington, D.C. The pre-show event includes a private performance by artists such as Horan, Big Time Rush, or OneRepublic, depending on the city.
For the 10th consecutive year, the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour will partner with nonprofit organizations in 10 cities: Los Angeles, Chicago, Detroit, New York, Boston, Philadelphia, Washington, D.C., Atlanta, Tampa, and Miami/Fort Lauderdale. They will collaborate with the Ryan Seacrest Foundation, which aims to inspire youth through entertainment and education initiatives.

Additionally, iHeartRadio’s 106.1 KISS FM’s Jingle Ball in Dallas will work with the Kidd’s Kids program of the Kraddick Foundation, dedicated to creating positive memories for families dealing with life-altering conditions. Ticket sales from each event will benefit their respective organizations, with exclusive packages available through online auctions leading up to the events.
The 2023 iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour’s executive producers are Poleman, Sykes, and Bart Peters, senior vice president of production & development for iHeartMedia. The iHeartRadio Jingle Ball special on ABC is produced by OBB Pictures, a division of Michael D. Ratner’s OBB Media.
