More About Mark Sheehan
Mark Anthony Sheehan was born on October 29, 1976 in Dublin, Ireland. Formerly, he performed in the Irish boy band Mytown. Mark and his close friend Danny O’Donoghue established The Script in 2001. They helped bring Glen Power on as their drummer.
He married Rina in 2005, and their kid was born three years later. Until the guitarist’s death earlier this week, they had been married for seventeen years. The Sheehans (Mark and Rina) are a family of three. Cameron was born to them in 2008, making him their oldest child. The couple eventually had two children, a daughter named Avery and a son named Lil.

Mark took a hiatus last year to devote more time to his family after becoming ill so that he could be with his loved ones, as revealed by fellow band member Danny. It was because of this that Danny and Glen agreed to lead the tour’s US leg. If I may paraphrase what he said, Danny remarked, “It’s his story to tell, but yeah, if I could paraphrase, his children needed a father and his wife needed a husband.”
