John Stamos has given us a great gift: his own musical performance!
Jesse, lead singer of the fictitious band Jesse and the Rippers and sometimes guest member of the Beach Boys, returned to the stage to perform a rendition of the Village People’s “Y.M.C.A.”, a popular middle school dance hit.
John Stamos Reveals His Vocal
Stamos will participate in a segment called “Nonsense Karaoke” on the March 28 episode of That’s My Jam, which airs every Tuesday at 10 p.m. on NBC. In this segment, as described by Jimmy Fallon, the lyrics will be substituted with complete gibberish.
Fallon turns to Stamos after the Village People’s classic track plays and remarks, “Everyone knows that, right?” He has added a significant alteration to the song.

As the music starts, Stamos begins to move to the beat, pulling off his jacket in the process. This gets his fellow contestant, Taraji P. Henson, roaring even before he says a word.

The first sentence reads, “Spray tan, now I look like a clown/Lego Batman, is my iPhone background.” The statement sets the tone for the rest of the subsequent phrases, which are progressively worse.
