The actors of The Last of Us reunited recently at an HBO For Your Consideration event, along with castmates Gabriel Luna and Murray Bartlett, co-creators Neil Druckmann and Craig Mazin, and executive producer Carolyn Strauss.

Pedro explained to Bella why he always keeps his hand to his chest when posing on the carpet, and their short dialogue was caught up by the microphones nearby.

“You know why?” he asks, inhaling deeply. “It’s because my anxiety is right here.” The young actress merely leans in for a hug and nods in understanding.

Pascal has been making such an appearance for years, as seen by photos taken at the last Met Gala. Accepting anxiety, as Pascal seems to be doing, is a good approach to deal, according to experts.

According to HuffPost, Keith Humphreys, a professor of psychiatry at Stanford University, said Pascal’s approach to coping with anxiety is correct.

Humphreys told the media outlet in 2017: “Focus on your breathing, put your feet flat on the floor. Smile even if you don’t feel like smiling.” He added, “Tense your muscles then let them go, then tense them again and repeat. Relax your body, and a lot of people will find your emotions will follow.”

Previously, it was reported that Pedro Pascal will take a break from ‘The Last of Us’ to star in the upcoming Gladiator sequel for Paramount.

The role he will portray in the Ridley Scott picture has not yet been revealed, but the film will follow the original plot of Gladiator, which won five Oscars, including Best Picture, and starred Russel Crowe and Jaoquin Phoenix.
