Meg Ryan Makes a Surprising Public Appearance

The 61-year-old actress was there when Fox, 61, and his wife Tracy Pollan, 62, were photographed together celebrating the impending release of the movie that tells Fox’s life story from his early years as a small Canadian boy to his subsequent (and ongoing) Parkinson’s disease battle.

Ryan, 61, sat on a sofa with the “Back to the Future” actor while they posed for pictures.
In addition to a black coat and boots, the “When Harry Met Sally…” star sported a red top and gray checkered slacks. Fox, 61, wore trousers, a gray blazer, and a black t-shirt.

While talking with Sunday TODAY in 2020, Michael J. Fox recalled how his wife, Tracy Pollan, reacted to his diagnosis(Parkinson’s Disease). “He’ll always love Tracy for not blinking at that moment,” he said at the time, adding, “Tracy is amazing. She’s there in the front lines with him every single day. She never pretends to know as much as he knows.”

“A very special night surrounded by family and friends for the screening of STILL @lincolncenter,” wrote Pollan with photographs from the event on Instagram.

Bill Murray, Joan Jett, Katie Couric, Elvis Costello, and Ryan were all seen in one of the images.

Ryan has remained out of the spotlight, and her most recent film appearance was in 2015’s “Ithaca.” However, she revealed on Instagram last year that she was acting and directing in a new rom-com called “What Happens Later.” The actor will appear opposite former “X-Files” actor David Duchovny in the film. According to IMDb, the film is now in post-production.
