On Sunday, Hilary Swank shared the exciting news that she had given birth to twins. 

Swank posted a snapshot of herself gazing at the sunset with her newborn babies in her arms. The 48-year-old Oscar winner and her husband, film director Philip Schneider, have become parents to twins.

“It wasn’t easy. But boy (and girl!) was it worth it. 👼🏼🤍👼🏼,” the Star captioned a shot of her with her two newborns on her shoulders as she gazed out over the lake at sunset. “Happy Easter! 🐣🐣. Posting from pure Heaven. 🙌🏽,” she added.

Kate Hudson, Viola Davis, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Mariska Hargitay, Debra Messing, and Katie Couric are just among the many celebrity fans who have given Swank their best wishes.

Swank gave birth and shared the news that she and Schneider will be working double shifts in October 2022 on Good Morning America.

“This is something that I’ve been wanting for a long time, and my next thing is I’m gonna be a mom,” the actress stated at the time. “And not just of one, but of two. I can’t believe it.”

Since then, Swank has been documenting her pregnancy on social media, including a January video in which she demonstrated that she was continuing to exercise during her pregnancy.

Swank captioned the video, “Me and Da Babes workin’ out 🤍🤍. Been a lonnnnnnng time since #FitnessFriday.”

Swank and her husband attended the 2023 Golden Globes in the same month when she proudly displayed her growing baby bulge.
